British Cheese Board Flying the flag for British cheeses, 32 top cheese makers have joined forces to form the British Cheese Board.

The Farmhouse Cheesemakers Association - This co-operative of dairy farmers was formed in 1982 and included all who made Farmhouse Cheddar on their farms in the Western counties of England. Their sole aim was to make and market authentic, premium quality hand made Cheddar on their farms using inherited skills and traditional methods, in what was a fast changing world. Todays members are successfully perpetuating this aim with their award winning cheeses.
Specialist Cheesemakers Association The Specialist Cheesemakers Association is there to get cheesemakers together with each other, with retailers, wholesalers and anyone interested in cheese so that ideas can be shared.
